Acabei de instalar o jogo e ao clicar no launcher, ele abre uns 4 segundos e fecha e não sai disso!
Tentei como administrador, em modo de compatibilidade, em modo janela e nada!

Pode ser algum antivírus terceiro que esta bloqueando.

Desabilitei o antivirus e nada!
Será que  é a placa de vídeo?
Uso uma GTX 1650!

Acho que não, pois o erro está dizendo que você(usuário) não tem permissão para aceder a um arquivo de configuração dentro da pasta do Launcher.

E aproveita e clica com o botão direito nesse arquivo, vai em propriedades e depois na aba detalhes, veja quem é o proprietário do arquivo.
